Official Contest Rules
Eligibility: To be eligible for this Revision3 Corporation (Revision3) sweepstakes promotion, you must:
a) fill out the contest registration form
d) You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to enter this sweepstakes promotion.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Revision3 may reject any submitted registration that it determines, in its sole
and absolute discretion, fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements. Your registration and participation in the
sweepstakes shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained herein (Official Rules).
Duration: The sweepstakes promotion begins on [May 30th, 2008] and ends on [June 16th, 12pm PDT]].
Award Dates: Two winners shall be drawn at random within one week of contest end. Revision3 will send all winners an
Award notification letter by U.S. mail or email to the physical address or email address (as applicable) such winner
specifies during the sweepstakes registration process.
Award: Winners will be awarded one of the following:
a) 80 GB Zune digital media player
Each Award is estimated to have a value of approximately:
a) $250 for the 80GB Zune
Each Award shall be delivered to the applicable winner the within [sixty (60)] days from Revision3 ºs receipt of an
executed Affidavit (as defined and detailed below) from such winner. Any further details of the Award not specified above
shall be determined by Revision3 in its sole discretion. The winners will be required to execute and submit to Revision3
an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Public Release, which includes confidentiality provisions and other terms,
conditions and limitations (“Affidavit”). If (i) a winner fails to execute and submit either the Affidavit as specified above
within ten (10) days of Award notification, (ii) any Award notification letter is returned as undeliverable, or (iii) a winner is
disqualified or held to be ineligible, the corresponding Award will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing.
Restrictions: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Limitation on Liability: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, neither Revision3, nor any supplier, employee, director or
agent shall be liable under any legal or equitable theory for (a) any failure of your entry to be included in the sweepstakes
drawing, (b) any failure to fully complete the registration form, or (c) any information, materials or services provided (or
failure to provide information, materials or services) in connection with the Award.
Warranty Disclaimer: The Award shall be provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, and Revision3 disclaims all
warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
noninfringement with respect thereto or to any other subject matter of these Official Rules.
Release and Publicity: You hereby forever release and grant Revision3 the right to use your name and your company's
name in connection with any Revision3 promotion of the sweepstakes results or related publicity, including but not limited
to a press release.
Other Terms: This sweepstakes is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of California, USA,
without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue
in the state and federal courts of San Francisco County, California. Revision3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
disqualify any individual found tampering or otherwise interfering with the sweepstakes. If Revision3 determines, in its
sole discretion, that the sweepstakes promotion is compromised by any corruption of the administration, security, or
proper play of this sweepstakes, then, at Revision3 ºs sole discretion, it may cancel the sweepstakes. The winners will be
subject to, and responsible for, all applicable U.S. taxes and withholding. The odds of winning depend on the number of
eligible participants.
